Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LeftyKeys, a desktop application for macOS and Windows provided by Hiddenmine Labs ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using LeftyKeys, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

LeftyKeys is offered as a 3-day free trial, after which continued use requires a one-time purchase of $59.99. Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use LeftyKeys on up to two (2) computers at a time. You may deactivate the license on one computer and activate it on another from within the app.

2. What you may not do

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the app or your license key; reverse-engineer or attempt to circumvent the trial or licensing system; or use the app in violation of applicable law.

3. System permissions

LeftyKeys needs to read and rewrite keyboard input to function. On macOS this requires the Accessibility permission; on Windows it uses the system's standard input handling. Granting these is your choice. The app makes no persistent changes to your system — quitting LeftyKeys fully restores your default keys.

4. Updates

We may provide updates to LeftyKeys from time to time. Updates are delivered through the in-app updater and are available to all users.

5. Refunds

If LeftyKeys does not work for you, contact us. Refund handling follows the policy of our store; see the store checkout for details.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

LeftyKeys is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the app at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hiddenmine Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, LeftyKeys.

8. Termination

We may suspend or revoke a license that is used in violation of these Terms. Your license otherwise remains valid for the purchased computers.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LeftyKeys after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
